The Scream of the Shalka. The 2003 animated series that got overshadowed by the announcement of Christopher Eccleston playing the 9th Doctor.
I'm going to be honest, I don't know much about this console room or the series itself, but I can say from what I've seen that this is pretty accurate.

Now, I personally don't know much about the show, but it is very accurate. I'd fill the interior with a little more, but that's not accurate.
